Terms of Use for Betawall
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Betawall (the “Service”) operated by Betawall Syntrex Digital Limited, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). These Terms are a legally binding agreement between you (“User”) and Syntrex Digital Limited, a company incorporated in Cyprus.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must refrain from using the Service. Your continued use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these Terms, including compliance with applicable data protection laws, limitations of liability and acceptable use policies.
2. Service description
Betawall is a WordPress security plugin designed to protect websites from a variety of threats.
The service includes:
- Integrated firewall to block potential threats.
- WordPress admin panel protection.
- Prevention of brute-force attacks.
- Website recovery functionality after security threats.

Betawall does not fix threats automatically. The user is obliged to follow the recommendations to ensure adequate protection. - Dependency on access:
The effectiveness of the plugin depends on regular updates, access to the website, and correct server settings. - Prohibited use:
By using Betawall, you agree not to: - Illegal activity:
Using the plugin to support any illegal activity, including but not limited to hacking or fraud. - Unauthorized access:
- Attempts to access someone else’s data or systems without permission.
- Distributing or reselling plugin tools without permission.
- Violation of intellectual property:
- Copying or reverse engineering any part of the plugin code.
- Harmful activity:
- Downloading malicious code or viruses that can harm other systems.
3. Termination of access
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate the provision of the Service in case of violations.

Betawall complies with relevant laws, including GDPR and CCPA:

Syntrex Digital Limited shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the plug-in, including but not limited to:
- server failures;
- conflicts with other plugins or settings;
- user errors when configuring the plugin.
6. Limited Warranty:
Betawall is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind.
7. Limitation of liability:
We are not responsible for direct or indirect damages caused by the use or inability to use the Service.
8. Terms of payment
- Subscriptions are paid monthly or annually in advance.
- If payment is not made within 7 days, access to the Service may be suspended.
- Refunds are not provided as we do not guarantee absolute security or uninterrupted operation.
9. Dispute resolution
All disputes shall be governed by the laws of Cyprus. Jurisdiction belongs to the courts of Cyprus.
